What is The Birth Poster?
The Birth Poster is a unique collection of timeless baby illustrations, that are scaled to represent the baby's actual length at birth using a 1:1 scale. Using our design tool, you can personalize your poster by selecting from a variety of designs and colors. The baby's birth details, including name, length, weight, birth date, and time, are printed at the bottom of the poster.
The Birth Poster, established in 2013, is the original birth poster in 1:1 scale.
How does the illustration get scaled to size of the baby's actual birth length?
We adjust the height of your chosen illustration to the exact length of your baby at birth.
Can I get the poster in my preferred language?
Our posters are available in more than 20 languages. If your preferred language is not included, please send us an email and we will assist you in creating a poster in your language.
Can I combine metrics and imperial?
You can, of course, combine metrics and imperial. Place your order with one or the other and then add a note with the correct information you want (click the link "Leave an order note" in your shopping cart) and we will manually create that poster for you.
Does the poster come with a frame?
Frames are not included with the poster, but they can be purchased separately. You can view our selection here or include one while using our design tool.
What is the paper quality of the poster?
Our posters are printed on 200 g/m2 acid-free matte paper to not only look great but last a lifetime. In order to leave a minimal environmental footprint, we only use FSC-certified paper and implement climate-neutral printing processes.
Who is the artist behind The Birth Poster?
The illustrations are created by the talented artist Evelina Westman, who also happens to be one of the co-founders of the company.
What is the reason for the difference in appearance between my new frame and the one I purchased previously?
We switched suppliers in 2020, so if you had purchased a frame before that time, it may have a slightly different appearance from your recent purchase.
Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping costs?
We offer free worldwide shipping.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Free shipping worldwide: 5-8 working days.
Express shipping worldwide: 1-4 working days.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package has been sent you will receive an email with a tracking link where you can follow and track your package.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer secure and convenient payment options, including invoice, credit card, partial payment, bank transfer, and PayPal. Please note that the available options may vary based on your location.
Will I be charged customs fees?
Prices include VAT when ordering to countries inside the EU, Australia, and the US. Orders to countries outside these regions may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
How do I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase our gift card on our gift card page. When your order is
confirmed, the digital gift card will be sent immediately to the email address
Gift cards cannot be purchased with discount codes or offers.
How do I redeem my gift card/discount code?
To redeem your gift card or discount code, simply add the desired product(s) to your shopping cart and then click on the "Do you have a discount or gift code?" link found in the order summary. Fill in the code in the field that appears before clicking on the "Proceed to payment" button.
What is your return policy for custom posters?
Unfortunately, custom posters are a personalized product and cannot be returned. Please ensure that you double check the spelling, personalization details, and order information before finalizing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your custom poster, please contact us before placing your order.
What is your return policy for frames?
You have the right to return your frame within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition. For more information, please reach out to our customer service team.
What can I do if the order I received is damaged?
In the case of damage or defects, file a claim by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org with order details and photos.
Claims must be made within 1 month of receipt.
Note that we don't accept claims for errors resulting from incorrect information provided during the ordering process.
Please include an image of the product as well as of the package.
Where can I find my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you can't locate it, reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
I've made a mistake in my order, can you change it?
If you need to make a change to your order, you have up to 6 hours (or 1 hour if you selected express shipping) after placing it to do so. You can make changes by accessing the link in the order confirmation email that was sent to you immediately after your purchase.
Does the package contain an invoice or information about the product's price?
Is it possible to include a gift message in the package for the receiver?
Unfortunately not, but we hope to offer this shortly.
