NURSERY – SCANDINAVIAN VS BOHEMIAN
Decorating a nursery is fun. However, it’s difficult because one’s own personal style doesn’t often go hand in hand with the child’s expectations. Try to make your own style a bit more playful. At the same time letting your imagination flow, you will be able to create a perfect combination of both worlds. We will guide you through two different interior styles for your nursery – Scandinavian vs Bohemian.

Scandinavian Interior
As many people know, the Scandinavian interior design style is very clean and functional, which does not always go well with the thought of a classic nursery. But it is possible to decorate nurseries in a Scandinavian, clean style by choosing good storage and creating open spaces that invite to play and creativity. The impression should be light and airy with decorations and toys that match the rest of the color scheme in the nursery. Straight lines and stylish details are two other characteristics that belong to the Scandinavian style.
For your Scandinavian nursery, both our birth poster and letter poster with the beige and grey background color fits perfectly. You can create your own poster here.

Bohemian Interior
Unlike the Scandinavian interior style, the bohemian style is more colorful and botanical. Therefore, decorate your nursery with colors such as beige, terracotta, green, and grey, then add green plants around the room to create the botanical feeling. Materials that are most often used in the bohemian interior design style are rattan, bamboo, and untreated wood, which is perfect as it is possible to find real bargains at flea markets today such as wicker chairs, lamps, etc. There is also a large selection of wooden toys to choose from on the market. It’s a great way to be sustainable for future generations. You can add a birth poster together with our frames and poster hangers in oak. We personally recommend the background colors dark beige and terracotta for the bohemian interior style. Create yours here.
