Whose idea was this?
The idea of scaling baby illustrations to the baby's actual length at birth is an original idea that was created in 2013 by us at The Birth Poster.
Where is your company located?
The Birth Poster is a Swedish company located in Stockholm.
How does the illustration get in scale 1:1 to the baby's actual birth length?
We adjust the height of the illustration to the length of the baby.
What size is the poster?
The size is 50 x 70 centimetres (19.7 x 27.6 inches).
Is frame included?
No, sorry. But you can purchase 50 x 70 cm frames on your local IKEA.
Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping costs?
We ship worldwide. No matter where you live, shipping is free.
How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time varies depending on what country you order from.
Nordic: 3-8 business days.
Europe: 5-10 business days.
Rest of the World: 6-14 business days.
What payment options do you offer?
You can pay your order with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or via PayPal.
Can I get the poster in my preferred language?
Yes. When creating the poster you can choose among 10 different languages.
Is your language not listed? Contact us and we will make sure the poster comes in your preferred language.
What kind of paper do you use?
The Birth Poster is printed on 200 g/m2 acid-free matte paper to not only look great, but last a lifetime.
Who has created the illustrations?
The illustrations are created by the artist Evelina Westman, one of the co-founders of The Birth Poster.
Who's behind The Birth Poster?
I would like to make a complaint, how do I do?
All complaints (damaged or defective posters) should be made within one week from the received delivery. Complaints should be sent to email@example.com.
Can I return my poster?
As The Birth Posters are custom made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless your poster arrived damaged.
I've made a mistake in my order, can you change it?
Up to 6 hours after you've placed your order we can make changes to it. E-mail your changes to firstname.lastname@example.org or reply to the order confirmation.
